5 Ways To Support The Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction

This annual event is back from December 6th-9th at the Belknap Marketplace, 96 Daniel Webster Hwy, Belmont, NH from 9AM-7PM daily. They will also be broadcasting Live on Lakes FM 101.5 Radio, Breezeline Channel 12, LRPA Channel 25 and covered by The Laconia Daily Sun.

Over the 39 years that the community has come together, over $7 million dollars has been raised for local charities, all through volunteer efforts, community donations and corporate sponsorships. Everything is donated; phone service, lights, auction items, computers, the location where they hold the auction; all donated! Even the food is donated by local restaurants which provide meals for the all-volunteer staff throughout the week.

Here’s 5 ways you can help:

Amazon Smile

Go to smile.amazon.com or select Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction and each time you shop, the auction receives donations from eligible purchases.

Donate Items for the Auction

The need for items is huge and this is an easy, fun way to help. The guidelines are listed on the website here and you can drop off items at over 30 locations!

Purchase an Ornament

For $1, $5 or $10 you can purchase a 4” paper ornament at a local business to be displayed with your name, family name, pet or whatever your choice may be.

Food Donation

Please bring items to any Lakes Region Food Pantry and have a volunteer or staff member sign and date the Food Donation Form located here. Please turn in completed forms via email (Challenge@ChildrensAuction.com). All forms received by 12/07/22 will be counted in the Feeding Families Award Contest.

Bid Early & Often

The easiest way to donate is to overbid on items. It is all about raising money, giving children and families a helping hand and being part of something fun and exciting that makes a significant impact in our community. The auction can also be a great way to do your holiday shopping. Click below to watch and bid online!
